Lost or Stolen Coin

Coin's Auto-Unlock security feature helps prevent fraud by keeping your cards locked and safe when your Coin is missing. If you disabled Auto-Unlock, we recommend that you contact the customer service department of your card issuer to suspend access to any payment cards associated with your Coin.

As an additional precaution, we recommend that you mark Coin as lost/stolen in your Account Dashboard to prevent any further changes to cards or settings. Once your Coin has been marked as lost/stolen, it cannot be re-linked without the help of our customer support team.

Sign into your Account Dashboard
Click Manage Coin
Click Mark as Lost/Stolen
Once you mark Coin as lost/stolen, it cannot be re-linked without the help of our customer support team.  

 

If your phone is lost or stolen, we recommend that you perform a remote wipe of your mobile device. Here are more details on how to perform a remote wipe:
